Legislation begins the review of the Tax Package 2022;  session is declared in recess

 San Raymundo Jalpan, Oax.  December 9, 2021.- During the extraordinary period of sessions, held on the afternoon of this Thursday, December 9, the 65th local Legislature decreed a recess, with the aim of starting with the analysis of the opinions of the Finance commissions;  and Budget and Scheduling, where the 2022 Economic Package is presented.

 The president of the Board of Directors, deputy Mariana Benítez Tiburcio, decreed the recess in order to be able to carry out an in-depth analysis of this budget project.

 Thereafter, the Standing Committees competent to issue an opinion on the matter, will continue in permanent session, to carry out the necessary analysis and debates before submitting any position to the Legislative Plenary.

 The Budget Committee asked the committees for the technical opinion that corresponds to their subject, which will be input for the construction of the corresponding opinion.

 Since the 2022 fiscal package proposal was received by the State Governor, the 65th legislature has remained as an open Parliament, developing working groups with the respective finance authorities and public institutions.
